I hope, each one of you is well in good health and feeling amazing continuing our conversation about the growing pains, the growing pains of spiritual awareness, the growing pain of spiritual evolution. Many of us are feeling right now this pain this uncertainty. And it's good to know that you're not alone. Any of us at this moment are feeling these pains. That is not your regular pain is not the pain of a physical problem in your body. And I'm not saying that you maybe do have a problem or you have a health issue. I'm not talking about that I'm talking about this feeling of uneasiness, this feeling of feeling so tired, deeply tired, not knowing exactly why, is this feeling that your physical body is tired, but also your tire, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, It's a difficult thing to explain to others, is this feeling, not being well this feeling of being so tired and you do not know exactly the reason, the point of doing this conversation is to maybe give you the tools to find a way to alleviate symptoms, these symptoms that I personally call them growing pains, spiritually, growing pains, or spiritual Growing Pains

Few things. You have at your reach that you can use to alleviate these feelings. One of them is deep breathing, deep breathing, and to let the Chi the prana the universal energy replenish body replenish your energy. When you breathe deeply, deeply knowing that you are breathing the universal energy the energy of the cosmos that is outside the energy that is alleviating everything. The energy that contains all those elements that give life. When you breathe, that deeply into your body with intention, to replenish your energy. So you take a deep breath and visualize if you can this energy, this healing energy the CHI the prana, coming into your body, and as it comes into your body. It cleanses the body cleanses the mind so when you excel you excel, all that does not serve you any longer. As you see, you take a deep breath of vital energy cleansing your body, excel and as you excel, let go of all the negativity, all the uncertainty, all the things that do not serve you any longer. And in doing so, you are regenerating your body, you are regenerating your mind, you are bringing energy that will replenish your physical body, your mind, your soul. And this is very important that you can be done anywhere, anytime, anytime you feel that you're starting to feeling sluggish or feeling tired, or feeling that is it.

Really we forgot how to breathe properly. And we usually do not breathe deeply into our belly. Usually, our breaths, are short, very short and if you pay attention, maybe your breath. Stops at your chest. And since we are like machines really because your body is a perfect, awesome, amazing machine. Everything works in synchronicity, everything works perfectly with each other, and breathing is the fuel. As you're going to tell me Well food. Yes, absolutely food is the fuel, but if you do not breathe. You're not going to have the strength to have the fuel that you can get from food. So breathing is very important.

Breathing deeply into your body. Breathing, that will just go through your mouth, your throat into your chest going down deep into your belly into your core. The place where you have the energy fuel that makes you go. It is the fuel of your body. So we must re-learn to Breathe deeply. When you breathe deeply. What happens is that you breathe less in the sense your breath is so deep that you will require less amount of breaths, in a certain period of time. So, breathing deeply, but less time increases the amount of time of your life, your lifespan is extended, because your breaths are deep, and there will be less amount of breath during your lifetime. And this will increase your life expectancy. This is science, this is not just a yogi or some guru has thought us that. No, this is really proven. If you breathe deeply, you extend your lifetime. So that's one very useful tool that you have at your hands to use at any time, all the time, every time you feel that you're starting to get tired. The next tool that you have at your hand, is meditation. I know that many of us are maybe so busy in our life that you're going to tell me I don't have time to sit down and meditate, fine, my teacher used to say if you do not have time to meditate 15 - 30 minutes, then you should meditate one hour mind this planet some time it's not possible. but for us in our modern life in this life that is so busy, so full of things we need to do when preparing and working. Sometimes it's not easy to find a time. But remember, meditation can be done in different ways. So find your way to find maybe five minutes of your life. Doesn't matter what time. So, what you can create is, maybe if you're walking from the car, your office, and you're going to do deep breathing to calm to center yourself, and use that as a meditation. How wonderful is this, you're going to be walking you're exercising, you're breathing deeply, to restore your chi your vital energy. But at the same time, you're going to be meditating a moving meditation. It is your intention that is going to determine that you are meditating. You are not talking you're just breathing, centering yourself in your breath pain attention to your breath. This is a way of doing meditation, several times a day. Whenever you need it, and then maybe when you retire at night before going to bed. Use these 15 minutes 20 minutes whatever you can. Just close your day most wonderfully just breathing deeply taking the energy from the cosmos, letting go of all the things that have bother you during the day all the tensions, all the worries, all the things that do not serve you. Let them go. And then exit your body your relaxing your body and take few minutes to meditate.

This will change the way you sleep, your sleep is going to be deeper and is going to be relaxing you are going to replenish your energies. Remember we need to sleep, but we need to sleep in a way that is going to regenerate ourselves, that is going to regenerate the energy that is going to regenerate our mind. So, these are few things that you can do on your own. To make you feel better. So I really hope you can do this and think about the little things you do during the day that are going to make you feel much better. Less agitated less tired, and you're starting to get into your awareness, you're going to start centering yourself and being the observer. What we need right now is to be the observer.

So as you see, my dear friends, there are a few things you can do to feel better. If you find it difficult to do meditation on your own. I will suggest you go through my podcast or a few meditations, quite a few meditations guided meditations that you can follow at your convenience.
