This is Sonia 
it is my pleasure and my honor to be once again with you. Times are changing fast and things are happening rapidly. Everyone is feeling the time shift in a different way.  Are You feeling the change?  Are you feeling the different vibrations? the different information been downloaded in your being?  We keep on talking about vibrations and that everything has its own sound, resonance, or wave of length have many times discussed the importance of raising our vibration to raise our vibration in order to accommodate the changes in our body. Not only the physical body but also the spiritual body. It's very important words to find words, but you may ask, not how I do that how do I change my vibration in order to accommodate this new information that we are downloading this new information reaching Earth I increase my vibration. The easiest and fastest and probably the only way to do it has to be in harmony, in harmony with yourself in harmony with what you desire, in harmony with what you think is what you want from life.

The thoughts of happiness, well well-being in abundance need to be aligned with what you really desire to accomplish on earth the things that you really want to have in this lifetime.
Sonia: 3.15
Every thought, every action, every reaction must accommodate and be in harmony with that feeling. The feeling of joy the feeling of purpose, the feeling of being a good human being good enough for you. You're good enough for you without hurting others, or without damaging others anywhere on a good path.
Sonia: 4.24
And ponder your thoughts, ponder your word is not enough to say okay, I'm in harmony. I'm in a good place. I'm a good human being I need to take action on that.
We can do it in our little in the little things we do every day in the little things we can accommodate every day.
Be it just smiling and being kind to others. Doesn't need to be a huge, big thing.  It could be just the little things you do every day.  At This time of our life. Is in our vibration. Our resonance is very important. It is very important to accomplish the next step in our human evolution so today, I like to propose that you make the effort to do what you need.    
Let's start small we do not need to have this big, big commitment.
Sonia: 6.13
Start more that way we can accomplish it. That way we can do it. We can do it every day. In doing these little things necessary every day.
We'll reach the point where it is a habit and it will be very natural to do it and it will change us slowly at the beginning very fast again So are you willing to commit a few moments of your daily life to make this change? This change will bring you amazing light it will catapult you to the next step. 
So let's start. Let's start with little things. Let's start waking up in the morning.
Think how grateful you are.
Have the tough I am grateful that he's only alive. I am grateful because my eyes are open.
And I'm here and the same thing when you go to bed.

You are grateful for whatever has happened during the day. I'm grateful for the opportunity that you have to experience whatever it was that you experienced during the day doesn't matter what it was. As long as you feel that is for your well-being or even if you feel that life has deserted you

must be grateful to have spent another day on this beautiful planet Earth.
Let's start with these two small exercises every day. Thank you. Thank you for the opportunity a new beginning of a new day.  Thank you for the opportunity to experience the day.

Let's start with these small steps one at a time, one at a time but very surely take us a wonderful result.
So we may start and we can create a series of actions, thoughts, and reactions to understand what is the next step in our evolutionary state of a new human being, and you are a race of love, joy, compassion, and abundance.
